Introduction
Greetings! I grew up in the state of Alabama in the southeastern part of the United States. Even though my hometown area is very small, it is famous for two things: 1960s music and Helen Keller. This area is the birthplace of Helen Keller, and I would love to share an interesting connection that I have with her. My hometown is also richly musical; in fact, almost everyone there is a musician! Many famous songs were recorded there in the 1960s. My grandfather was a well-known banjo player in a special type of music called bluegrass, and I am a classical pianist. Every member of my family is a singer or musician, and my husband is a former radio DJ, so I love talking about music. My passions include traveling, studying languages, and meeting new people. I have visited 45 countries and want to visit many more. I am married to my favorite person and we have two daughters. I look forward to meeting you soon!
