Introduction
Hello, GTI students! My name is Stephen Bridge (Steve), and I’m from the New England region in the northeastern U.S. I was born in Maine and grew up in Vermont, but I have lived in eight other U.S. states (including Hawaii and Ohio where my home is now). I studied abroad in both France and England, and I have a B.A. in English and an MA in TESOL. I taught English in high schools and junior high schools in Tokushima City on Shikoku for three years. I met my wife there, and we had a traditional Shinto wedding at a shrine in Tokushima. We have a son, a daughter, and a Great Dane.
