Introduction
Hi, I’m Sarah. While I’ve lived in various places in the U.S., I consider New York and Maryland my home states since I spent most of my childhood there. I double-majored in Criminology/Criminal Justice and Government/Politics in university. Later I earned a master’s in TESOL. Before moving to Japan, I taught in South Korea for a year and earned my blue belt in Taekwondo.
I’m passionate about traveling and exploring local food cultures, often spending time in supermarkets trying new snacks. In my free time, I enjoy listening to podcasts, studying Japanese and coding, cooking, and watching movies and anime. If you have any anime, podcast, or movie recommendations, I’d love to hear them!
