Introduction
Hi, my name is Zoya. Zoya is a Ukrainian name — my mom’s parents immigrated from Ukraine to the US after World War 2. I come from Michigan in the US. I lived in Komatsu, Ishikawa from 2015 to 2020. I have been teaching English for 7 years and studying Japanese for 10 years. I also speak Spanish, Korean, and a little Ukrainian. I love Japanese culture and history, and I want to visit all of the World Heritage Sites in Japan. I love learning and teaching languages, so I’m very excited to help you on your language learning journey!
